I MADE IT!! :)

Yay, it's finally Friday, and I have the next week off! YES!
I finished my program last night, but for some reason, the text file that we were suppose to include seems to have mysteriously disappeared. I tried to create a new one, but when I did, it said did I want to replace the existing one? So the computer thinks it's still there, maybe, even though it isn't working with my program??? I'm so confused! I emailed my professor about it, though, so we'll see. I'm not going to worry about it until I have to. My program works, other than that, never mind that the text file is the whole point of the program working, (that's how the program gets the information to do what it's suppose to do, I.E. run).
I didn't have to go to my first class today, because they're taking a test. I did go in earlier, (around eight), and my prof dictated the test to me, in addition to giving me a print copy. I'm going to take it home and work on it, where people will be able to help me study with printed notes beforehand, which is always good. Sometimes the concepts we go over in class are too visual for me to write down, or there isn't really a way I can write down the examples we go over in class, so it'll be nice to have someone to help go over notes before I take the quiz. But I'm not going to worry about the quiz for at least two days after I'm home, because I'm on break!!!!!!
I have my Comp Sci class today, where we're probably going to do some extra credit assignment, (yay!), and my writing class, where I'll hand in my paper, and we'll go over grammar stuff, (YAY!) :) ). And that's it. Then I'm FREE!!!!!!
I get picked up sometime tomorrow morning, around 10ish, I believe.
Ok, so that's it for now. I'll write later with other interesting news. I'll try to update throughout next week, too, but it might not be every day.
I plan to visit one perspective college on Monday, so we'll see. I hope to get over to the HS, but I'm not sure. Maybe... I still want to visit NYU, though. Did I mention I love NYC? Lol! Ok, that was random.
I really do want to stay in NY, though, even if I don't decide to come back here next year. I love it here!
Take care, everyone, and have a nice day.
Enjoy the break!!!!!!

Date: 2003-11-21 09:25 am (UTC)Whenever I've ever gone over grammar stuff in either high school or now college, it's always the same stuff. So basically, I'm pretty sure that whatever we'll go over we went over in Baker's class.
We should definitely try to get together sometime while I'm home! Let me know.

Date: 2003-11-21 03:47 pm (UTC)My spanish class is alll grammar. IE, I don't study one bit for that class.
I consistently get 94 or higher on the quizzes.
The teacher followed me to the corner after class today and told me that I'm doing really well in the class and that my writing is improving.
I said thank you, and was laughing to myself when she turned the corner. Go me, I do really well in a class with absolutely no effort whatsoever! heehee. I need to go back to NHS and give a thank you to the spanish teachers there for making me bored in spanish 200 though. *grin*
