Short and sweet

This will be short and sweet, but I figured I'd come in and write an entry. Today has been well, and I'm doing okay all things considered, although if you didn't listen to my voice post I made early this morning, (and I do mean early), you probably don't know what I'm on about. The long and short of it is that last night I had to end a friendship, which was really painful and not what I wanted to do at all, but sometimes I guess things like that have to happen. I just got back from having dinner with my family, which was really enjoyable, but perhaps I shouldn't have eaten as much pizza as I did. It was a buffet, though, and so I was trying to eat my money's worth(well, okay, so my mom picked up the bill, so it was technically *her* money) - six pieces, but they were small, so I'm really not as much of a pig as that makes me sound, honest!

I've officially decided to attend the ACB convention in Louiville, and since the hotel, meals and such will be split three ways, it'll be good, not to mention I'll get to meet up with an old friend and get to meet one I've only talked to before online, chocolab. I seem to remember that johnmill79 is also going, and if so, it would be cool to meet up, at least I think so. I'll book my flight this weekend, so that will be exciting. It'll be fun, at any rate, and my second such convention, the first being that in Pitsburgh back in 2003.

I think that's all of substance to report on for now. I'll be back when something interesting or perhaps not-so-interesting happens. Stay tuned.

WOW! I'm going as well. That's really cool, I would like to meet ya! I live in Louisville, though. Do you perhaps know how much a room is going to caust you? I'm curious because the local buses do not run out where I live and my father wouldn't be able to take me back and forth to the hotel.

Thanks for the comment and your kind words. As for the friendship, I'm not sure what will happen in the future, but whatever happens it'll be what's meant to be. It is hard, though, it really is.
