An entry from the PacMate

I'm sitting here, in Gore, trying to killk time before my 3:30 class. My last class got' out at 2:15, and I really don't see the point of walking back to my room just to come bacup here 45 or so minutes later, so here I sit... Hmm, what to update on? The last day of classes was today, so that's most definitely a good thing. I met with my one professor for the class that I'm taking an Incomplete in, and I'm 100 percent more reassured now than I was earlier. I let him know that my one concern was that I thought he thought that I wasn't trying hard enough or doing any work, and he informed me that that was not the case at all. He actually wouldn't let me finish what I had to say, because he could tell where I was going, and so just let me know then and there that it wasn't an issue, I should "drop the case" or something--I forget his exact words. I know, and I told him, that I'm too hard on myself anyway, and I think he could telll. Anyway, moral of the story is that things will be finished up over winter session, so it's all good--just as I knew it would be; no "I told you so"'s from the peanut gallery please. I'm going to meet with the prof on the 16th, so he can help me figure out coding issues I have with one of the labs, and then hopefully I can finish the first project, (which I've started), and then go from there. Either way, I'm suppose to concentrate on finishing my other exams and then this will all be figured out afterwards. Aside from that, I had my last programming and geology courses today, and come 3:30, my last history class can be added to that list as well. Today's lecture is going to 'be on hip-hop culture or some such topic, so it should be interesting. After class, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I should probably eat at some point, (my last meal was breakfast around 8:30 with friends), and I'm actually quite hungry. Well, no--scratch that--What an I talking about? I bought Kristen and I lunch at the Scrounge. How quickkly I forget these things! Either way, I should eat dinner, because eating is good. Tomorrow we don't have classes, because it's a reading day, so the plan is to study for finals. I have an Anthropology final on Friday, and my other two are next Tuesday and Wednesday. I also have to go put my hours in to get paid for tutoring the other week, Kristen said she'd for sure help me with that. I should probably end this soonz it's almost time for me (and my dog) to head to class. That, and I'm getting tired of typing on this thing. I apologize in advance if there are many many typos in this thing, I don't feel like proofing it before I go home and sync this with my computer, and it gets wisked away into Cyberland. If there are a lot of errors, I'll edit the thing after the fact. More later, maybe after class.
