I realize it's been some time since I last wrote, so I figured I would rectify that by writing in this thing.

One main reason for my not updating so regularly is that as of late there hasn't been anything too much of interest to write about. I've just continued to read, scan books, and relax, which may or may not be
"fun and exciting", ah well.

We took the dogs swimming this morning around ten, (I got up this morning very freaking early for no apparent reason whatsoever besides the fact that I just couldn't sleep), and they both enjoyed it hugely. They didn't like it, however, when we got home and went inside but they weren't allowed in due to their still being wet. Liv dries much faster than Katerina, and even though she was fully dry and Katerina wasn't, I finally let them in the house anyway. That, and it was really hot outside. Liv managed to get a lot of sand and dirt on her when she was swimming and playing, and she really didn't like it when we had to take her back in the water and rinse her off. GO figure, she was fine swimming in it, but I guess she didn't much like people touching and splashing water on her to try and clean her up. What can I say, my dog's definitely weird :).

Today I also attended a graduation party for my one friend Amy who I've known since I was five. She's a friend of the family, so both my sisters and I went. It was good to see here again, and also catch up with mutual friends and old itinerant teachers that we've had who were also present.

I'm not too hungry as I ate a late lunch at the party around two-thirty, but I can smell dinner cooking downstairs, grilled shrimp outside on the grill and I think some kind of chicken or something. Whatever it is, is smells very yummy and tasty for sure. I think that's all from here at the moment. I plan on watching the last episode of Greatest American tonight at nine on the Discovery channel. It's apparently a close match between Ben Franklin, John Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Abe Lincoln, and Thomas Jefferson. I had actually wonderd how one would vote for one of them, but I never figured it out, and I doubt I can vote anymore, anyway. AH well, watching it should be just as fun. I also hope I can go to bed at a decent hour tonight, maybe more early than usual. For some reason I didn't sleep well last night, not fun let me tell you. More soon.

I just got finished watching Greatest American, and it seems as though I didn't get the top five people right when I posted earlier. Not that it really matters, but I figured I should at least give whoever is reading this useful information. The top five people were George Washington, Abe Lincoln, Ben Franklin, Martin Luther King, and Ronald Reagan. Reagan ended up winning, Abe Lincoln coming in close second. It was said that 2 milion or so people voted to produce those results, which I found somewhat amazing. I don't know, some reality TV is okay, but other shows I don't get. AH well, I guess that's TV for ya.

I have nothing else to report, so I shall close this and post. More soon.
