One down, one to go

Today is turning out to be not so bad, I survived my first class, Linguistics, which I really do enjoy going to. I have always been infatuated with language and how we learn it and what it is made up of, hence my reasoning for taking the course. The even more amazing and very good thing is that I made it to and from class all by mself. Sometimes you just have to go and do things on your own just to prove that you can do it, no one can prepare you for them really. I did it, though, (Liv helped), and we made it too and from just fine. There were a few places where Liv (or maybe it was me, I don't know) forgot to turn onto one path or go one specific way, but immediately after I knew what had happened I was able to correct for it, so things worked out. I'm just really proud of myself, because I proved that I can do it, something that I knew I all along but just had to do to finally make it become real.
I have some time before my next class, so I'll probably just relax and possibly get some reading done. The Linguistics prof told us today that she had assigned the wrong chapter out of one book to read, so I need to go read the right one. Ah well, not a big deal. I should probably figure out the food situation, too, I'm starting to get hungry. More later, after class.
