Yeah, I know this reply is late. Ah well, better late than never. Yes, I did have my window open, but sometims if it's closed, it's too hot, so you have to open it a little, but not *too* much, because then you end up freezing! Sometimes you can't win. And yes, as I said in my post--which you may or may not recall--not *every* piece of pizza is a "good" piece of pizza.
