Okay, so the post didn't catch the mispronunciation, which is the whole reason I posted it in the first place. In sum, I was listening to XM to coverage of the election. I listened to a speech by Obama, which was very uplifting and made me want to vote for him in November all the more. He wasn't arrogant at all, not from what I could tell anyway. He came across as just your average. After his speech there was some news items, and then coverage of a speech by McCain. When he first started, he stumbled through the the pronunciations of some peoples' names, and then he went on to talk about the war. I guess he was speaking at some veteran gathering or other. Later in the speech, instead of "comradery", Senator McCain said something like "comradewee", or what sounded like "com-er-rod-a-wee". I turned it off right then. I couldn't take it any more. I had had/heard enough. Haha! Highly amusing. I definitely don't want another president who butchers the English language that's for sure. It's pathetic, actually. I just had to share that. Right, off to read...
