A quick update
Nov. 24th, 2006 01:21 pmI figure now is as good a time to come in and write as any. I've been working on my Theory of Knowledge paper for the past while, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I finished with the introduction yesterday, and that alone was three pages double-spaced, (OOPS!). I think it's fine, though; while the 5-9 double-spaced page limit was given, it was only an estimate. He already told me that the paper could be longer if necessary, so I'm thinking I'm okay. I think I'll shoot for somewhere around seven pages, although we'll see when I'm all done. I'm pretty sure I only need to use thos one source, so it shouldn't be too bad.
Thanksgiving yesterday went well; good food was consumed, conversation made, and it was enjoyed by all, I'm pretty sure. Last night I just spent hanging out here, feeling slightly bored. I ended up finishing a book and started another one, which I may actually end up finishing today. Yesterday I also read my one Philosophy of Mind reading, and I actually do have a firmer grasp on the thesis of that paper. I'm hoping maybe to have the Theory of Knowledge paper done today, and maybe I can start on the other one tomorrow. I can't forget to work on my programming assignment... Why do I leave that for last? Ah well. I wish I cared more, I really do, but I guess that can't be helped.
I think that's about it for now. I'm on my way out the door, I think to go to the slots. I don't really like that I can't use any of the machines by myself, but so it goes. Maybe I'll win somethint regardless, or at least have fun losing. I won't play much as it is.
