Yesterday, my sister Kathryn, myself and Peter went with the Delaware Association for the Blind to Six Flags America, located in some town in Maryland. It was fun, but slightly annoying/unfortunate, because all of the Fright Fest events, which we thought we had come to see, opened after we left. Ah well, next year we suggested that they go later and stay longer, so who knows? On the way home, we ate at The Fisherman's Inn, this restaurant that was mostly seafood and has really expensive prices. I don't know why they took us to a mostly-seafood restaurant that was slightly expensive, but they did. You'd think it would be easier if we went somewhere else that was cheaper and had other things aside from seafood. I ended up getting a bowl of Clam Chowder, (New England-style), and a side of fries as I had been craving fries. Unfortunately, the fries weren't really that tasty, but they were fries I guess.
We came home from that around eight or so, after leaving the house around nine that morning. The three of us shared my MP3 player as my boyfriend conveniently left his in my dorm room, and Kathryn doesn't have one. Last night after we got home was just spent relaxing, doing I really don't know what. I was just laying down on my bed, with all intentions of getting up at some point to go retreive my dog from downstairs and brush my teeth, but I ended up falling asleep at some point, and so did that later than I'd intended. Aaron called my phone around 1:28 or so, but I didn't even hear the phone and only noticed his call when Peter told me he'd done so this morning. He was up when I was asleep, but apparently didn't want to answer the phone. Poor Aaron!
Today has been spent relaxing and doing some homework/reading. I've read ahead, too, which is always a plus. I need to finish writing the short paper that's due in Philosophy of Mind on Tuesday, and I'm thinking I'll do that tonight. I'm almost done, so am not too wirried. I still have to get in touch with my reader about my programming class regarding the one assignment I'm working on and Friday's upcoming test, but I haven't heard back from her. I sent her emails last week, and she hasn't gotten back to me. I'm 99.9% sure they went through, and UD's email system wasn't being weird, because other emails I sent around that time were delivered and I received replies from, so I have no idea. I'd send the message again, but I don't want to sound desperate or like I expect her to check her email 24/7. That's not it at all. I just need to know what to do, especially regarding the test on Friday.
Other than that, I haven't been up to much. My sister's computer needs a total reinstall to hopefully make it recognize USB devices again, so that may or may not be dealth with today. Yay for calling Dell tech support and not having a representative who speaks English, even if yoy request one! What don't these people understand, seriously?
I think that's about it. I hope the HTML I put in this will actually work correctly. If not, I guess there'll be some editing to do sometime later. The rest of the day I'l do I don't know what. I think I have a floor meeting tonight at eight, but I'm not sure. I don't even know if it's mandatory, though it might not be. Tomorrow is class as usual, as is Tuesday, Wednesday, and the rest of the week for that matter. I can't really think of anything exciting that's happening this week aside from Friday's exam, which may or may not be classified as "fun" or "exciting". Sometime between now and Wednesday I'd liek to be able to finish my one assignment for the same class, so let's hope that gets done. If not, I think the prof said I could turn it in sometime later when I have a chance to figure things out. The material on the assignment will be on the test, though, and if I'm taking the test Friday...
Alright, I think that does it for me, really. Take care all, more later, most likely not from inside a goat, but frby way of my usual client-style way of posting.
