Today == good
Nov. 3rd, 2005 08:56 pmToday has been filled with class and work, something not too unusual for a college student, this is true. I've managed to get a lot done, though, so yay for productiveness. I'm starting out of order, though...
Yesterday, (because I haven't written since Tuesday), was filled with class and swimming and I'm sure other things as well. Classes went well, althouth that isn't too surprising. After my classes were done at five, Kristen picked me up, and we headed over to my grandparents' house, where we had dinner, which was pancakes, mmm tasty. Kathryn had been dropped off there I think beforehand. (She was there when I got there, anyway). Shortly after dinner, the three of us left and headed to swimming. The pool was cold, (as usual), but it was fun, and I enjoyed myself.
After swimming, we went to KMart and then eventually headed home to drop Kathryn off. We spent about an hour at home, and then Mom drove Kristen and I back to campus. By the time I came back here, it was pushing towards eleven, and I was quite tired, so went to bed shortly after checking email for the last time and chatting to various people on messenger.
Today I woke up at 7, (it seems to be a trend as of late; I've been up at 7 evern morming since Sunday, since the cursed time change), finally gave in realizing it was hopeless to go back to sleep, laid there, and ended up getting up at 7:30. I spent the morning until 10 working on an assignment for my programming class, which I've since finished, (yay!). Everything is done, there are just certain issues with submitting it that I'll hopefully have cleared up tomorrow when I meet with a friend after class.
At 10, I headed over to the library, and met with someone who needed me to tutor them in C. Because it's been awhile since I've programmed in said language, I don't know how much I helped, but she said I helped her, so that's definitely a good thing. I'm just glad that I helped her, and I won't lie; money is nice, too. I don't do it just for the money, though; not at all. I do it because I really enjoy helping people and sharing what I know with them.
I had class at 12:30 and another at 3:30, both of which went without anything too exciting that is worth writing about. Shortly after class, I went to dinner with some friends, and now I'm back here, writing this entry. Isn't my day just so exciting?
I'm starting to feel somewhat tired, so perhaps I'll go take out the dog, get a shower, and relax, though maybe not necessarily in that order. More later.
